    Responding to a Mass Casualty School Shooting
    Presented by Frank Zenere, Ed.S.


    The presentation will review best practice and evidence-based approaches for responding to a mass casualty school shooting. There will be a detailed examination of the steps involved in this process, including the assessment of needs, reestablishing psychological safety, psychoeducational and psychological interventions, recommendations for addressing grief, and a focus on the development of coping skills.


    DASP members enjoy access to free professional development and continuing education credits. Non members will need to pay $10 per P.D./C.E. credit hour, not exceeding $50 per day.
